The Ultimate Book of Farting

The Ultimate Book of Farting

That’s right… Farting, not Fighting!

  • What is the windiest city in the world?
  • Can you burp and fart at the same time?
  • Has anyone died from passing wind?
  • Is it true that baked-bean eaters are detroying the ozone layer?

These are just a few of the questions that Alec Bromcie, author of the super-bestselling The Little Book Of Farting, and highly esteemed Professor of Wind and Sound at the University of Valparaiso, will attempt to answer for you in his latest publication. The Ultimate Book Of Farting. Included in the book is a newly devised sound chip, with four of the best farts Professor Bromcie has n record in his private sound collection. The Ultimate Book Of Farting is a minefield of explosive material on the subject and not to be missed by all those with a healthy, or unhealthy, interest in what comes naturally.

Health and Martial Arts

The Essence of Tai Chi Chi Kung

by Yang Jwing Ming

This book provides what so many books touch on, but never really go in-depth into. It provides a detailed viewpoint of the medical side of the martial arts from an Eastern viewpoint.

It talks about where Chi is generated, the medical benefits of stimulating Chi, uses, practice and so much more! The entire book is filled with page after page of knowledge. I have used this book to fill the holes in other books I’ve collected. I would highly recommend this book. It is very informative!

The Art of Peace [Book]

The Art of Peace (Book)

Review

“You do not have to be an Aikido practitioner or martial artist to appreciate the inspiring messages presented in Ueshiba’s words. Ueshiba believed that the real way of the warrior is based on the compassion, wisdom, fearlessness, and love of nature, and thus his teachings are not strictly for the warrior, they are for the human race.”—Qi Journal

“This book is a ‘must’ for all students of O’sensei’s philosophy and hence—I would say—for all Aikidoka.”—Aikido Today

Book Description

The real way of the warrior is based on compassion, wisdom, fearlessness, and love of nature. So taught the great Morihei Ueshiba (1883–1969), founder of the Japanese martial art of Aikido. Aikido is a disciple Ueshiba called the “Art of Peace.” It offers a nonviolent way to victory in the face of conflict, and he believed that Aikido principles could be applied to all the challenges we face in life—in personal and business relationships, as well as in our interactions with society. These succinct and pithy teachings are drawn from his talks and writings. The collection is compiled by the renowned modern Aikidoist John Stevens, a disciple of Ueshiba.
